I am a HUGE advocate for abundance over deprivation.

Education is an important part of my practice - you will able to put the changes we make together into practice for the rest of your life.

My approach differs from client to client, one thing that remains consistent is that we will always deep dive into the root cause of your symptoms and ailments. We are so often handed medication or seek out alternatives that mask the outcomes of our hormonal imbalances. Whilst for some, it's definitely more of a marathon than a sprint, it's well worth it.   

 

If you're looking for a coach who is relentless and goes above and beyond to ensure you're supported and cared for, I'm your girl.  

HOW I WORK:

I like to start with an initial consultation, lasting around half an hour over the phone (this is free), just to chat with you and learn a bit more. I like to have the follow-up appointment booked in for the week after - during the week you will keep a food diary for me. 

 

I leave it up to you to decide how much you want from me. This includes anything from having 45 minute - 1 hr meetings or phone calls once a week, once a fortnight or once a monthIf you'd like a one-off session for feedback/ help, that can also be arranged. 

 

During this time, I like my clients to keep a food diary which I make lots of notes and suggest improvements. After every single session, I write out detailed plans and recommendations.

 

Please note: I am always on hand for you to ask questions (you'll have my Whatsapp) and believe that communication should not be limited to our sessions. This is when I have seen the best results. I can also help out with fridge overhauls, supplement protocols, lab results, or even write you a bit of a more structured meal plan if you so wish. 

PRICING:

30/40 minute consultation = FREE 

1-hour phone call follow up / coaching session = £45 (Half an hour coaching call = £25)

1-hour in-person follow up / coaching session = £55 (Islington-based office)
