My philosophies around food are pretty simple – eat real, whole foods, preferably from the ground, and listen to want your body wants. Move when it wants to move, relax when it wants to relax and feed it the nourishing, healthy foods that it craves. For someone with severe hormonal imbalances like myself (yay for PCOS), as well as a background of disordered eating, food is everything. So ensuring that what I put into my body creates happy, healthy hormones as well a peaceful mind can be quite a balancing act at times. My recipes aim to be oh so indulgent but nourishing, with a huge focus on seasonal feasting too. They’ll hopefully teach you a little about nutrition at the same time, showing you all the wonderful benefits of incorporating more plants into your every day and proving that healthy eating is anything BUT boring!
