I am a HUGE advocate of abundance over deprivation and I am confident that I’ll be able to help you fall in love with food because it firstly tastes delicious AND just so happens to nourish your body at the same time. Education is an important part of my practice - you will able to put the changes we make together into practice for the rest of your life.
I am a certified women's holistic health and nutrition coach at IIN, and currently studying as a nutritional therapist at CNM. I have a background in recipe development and my debut cookbook came out May 2019.
My approach differs from client to client. I like to start with the food you're eating but don't be surprised if we dive deep into lifestyle factors that need to be addressed to help you reach your goals. If you're looking for a coach who is relentless and goes above and beyond to ensure you're supported and cared for, I'm your girl.
HOW I WORK:
I like to start with an initial consultation, lasting around half an hour over the phone (this is free), just to chat with you and learn a bit more. I like to have the follow-up appointment booked in for the week after - during the week you will keep a food diary for me.
I leave it up to you to decide how much you want from me. This includes anything from having 45 minute - 1 hr meetings or phone calls once a week, once a fortnight or once a month - Discount can be offered if you pay for booking sessions in bulk or if you do opt for the 1X per week plan.
During this time, I like my clients to keep a food diary which I make lots of notes and suggest improvements. After every single session, I write out detailed plans and recommendations. Please note: I am always on hand for you to ask questions (you'll have my Whatsapp) and believe that communication should not be limited to our sessions. This is when I have seen the best results. I can also help out with fridge overhalls or even write you a bit of a more structured meal plan if you so wish.
30 minutes consultation = FREE
1-hour phone call follow up / coaching session = £40
1-hour in person follow up / coaching session = £55 (Islington-based office)
