I wanted to kick the podcast off with an episode on PCOS – polycystic ovarian syndrome. My first guest is the wonderful Kayla Jade from The PCOS Bible. Kayla was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis and through making her own diet and lifestyle changes, overcame her diagnosis found her passion for helping other women overcome their PCOS.
