I’m relentless, cheap and passionate about all things nutrition and holistic wellbeing.
You won’t ever find me writing up boring meal plans of chicken and rice day after day, but instead, I’ll help you fall in love with food because it both nourishes your body, and tastes bloody delicious. I am a certified holistic health and nutrition coach at IIN, and currently studying as a nutritional therapist at CNM. I have a background in recipe creation and development and my debut cookbook came out May 2019.
HOW I WORK
I like to start with an initial consultation, lasting around 15-20 minutes - over the phone (this is free), just to chat with you and learn a bit more. I like to have the follow-up appointment booked in for the week after - during the week you will keep a food diary for me.
I like to leave it up to you to decide how much you want from me. This includes anything from having 45 minute - 1 hr meetings or phone calls once a week, once a fortnight or once a month (session = £40) - Discount can be offered if you pay for booking sessions in bulk or if you do opt for the 1X per week session.
During this time I like my clients to keep a food diary which I make lots of notes and suggest improvements. After every single session, I write out detailed plans and recommendations. I am also always on hand for you to ask questions (you'll have my Whatsapp), help out with fridge overhalls or even write you a bit of a more structured meal plan if you so wish.

What can I expect from working with you?
Expect education and information, recipe inspiration, meal guides, course corrections, fridge overhauls and long natters about your challenges.
Many coaches have strict plans and programs, I don’t. I believe everyone is different, so no two plans should be the same. We can take it as it comes, whether you simply just want a couple of meetings to get started or long-term guidance. You can ask me as many questions as you like, and I will never say no to going the extra mile.
Where do the meetings take place?
If you're London-based, we can meet in person. If not, we can absolutely meet over skype or talk over the phone. All consultations take place over the phone.
How much do you charge?
£40 per hour session, ideally two sessions per month with food diary notes in between.
